5-1-7: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

Unless otherwise provided in this chapter, any person who disregards or disobeys or fails to observe any traffic sign or signs regulating traffic within the city, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in the general penalty in section 1-3-1 of this code.
