A. Maximum Limits Set: No person shall drive a vehicle on any side street within the city at a speed in excess of fifteen (15) miles per hour. (Ord. 320, 9-3-1991)
B. Specific Limits:
1. The speed limit on the section of highway legally described as state highway 97 within the city, from where it enters the city at the southwest boundary to Woodlawn Street shall be forty five (45) miles per hour.
2. The speed limit on the section of highway legally described as state highway 97 within the city, from Woodlawn Street to Yamhill Street (vacated) shall be thirty five (35) miles per hour.
3. The speed limit on the section of highway legally described as state highway 97 within the city, from Yamhill Street (vacated) to the eastern boundary of the city shall be twenty five (25) miles per hour. (Ord. 360, 5-1-2000)
C. Penalty
1 : Violation of the provisions of this section shall be an infraction, and subject to punishment as provided in Idaho Code section 18-113A. (Ord. 320, 9-3-1991; amd. 2004 Code)
