Any person violating the provisions of this chapter or the rules issued hereunder shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable as provided in the general penalty in section 1-3-1 of this code. Fireworks being used, sold or possessed in violation of this chapter may be confiscated by the city or by any peace officer. (Ord. 393, 3-2-2004)
