It is unlawful and shall constitute a misdemeanor for any person to violate the provisions of this chapter. Upon conviction of violations of this chapter, the offender shall be punished as provided in the general penalty in section 1-3-1 of this code. In addition thereto, the court shall have power to issue an injunction against further or continued violation of the terms or intent of this chapter. (1983 Code § 8.04.110)
