A. Sale And Delivery Requirements: The sale and delivery of gasoline, diesel fuel and other petroleum products used or intended to be used as fuel for motor vehicles or boats within the corporate limits of the city shall only be made by or under the direct supervision and in the presence of the seller or the officers, employees or agents of the seller. (1983 Code § 5.24.010)
B. Tank Capacity Restrictions: No gasoline tanker having a tank capacity of greater than two thousand five hundred (2,500) gallons shall be used for the delivery of gasoline within the city to be sold at retail outlets. (1983 Code § 5.24.020)
C. Violation; Penalty: Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be punished as set forth in the general penalty in section 1-3-1 of this code and, in addition, any tanker truck maintained in violation of the provisions of this section, or any tanker truck operating in violation hereof, shall be deemed a public nuisance.
