10-1-6: PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS:
Plans must meet all specifications of the city ordinances and must be presented to, and approved by, the city council before any work is done. Within ninety (90) days of completion of construction, as built plans and inspection reports, certified by a professional engineer, shall be provided to the city except where a lesser period is stipulated by state law. (Ord. 381, 8-29-2002)
