10-1-4: SUBDIVISION PLAN APPROVAL REQUIRED:
No person shall carry out actions which constitute the subdivision of land, as defined by this title and/or state law, without first complying with the provisions of this title and, when applicable, state platting law 1 ; nor shall such actions contravene visions of the city zoning ordinance or any other ordinance of the city relating to the subdivision or development of land, adopted pursuant to authority granted by the local planning act. Failure to comply shall be subject to enforcement in accordance with provisions of this title. (Ord. 381, 8-29-2002)
