The "St. Maries Gazette Record", which is the nearest Idaho newspaper of general circulation to the city of Harrison, and which has also been determined to be the newspaper of general circulation with the highest number of city subscribers, and which historically has been used by the city of Harrison as the official newspaper for all legal notices and publications, is hereby confirmed, ratified and established as the official newspaper of the city of Harrison.
