The following described seal is hereby adopted as the official seal of the city. The corporate seal shall be circular in form with inner and outer circles. The outer circle shall be one and nine-sixteenths inches (19/16") in diameter, measured from the outside of the circle; and the inner circle one inch (1") in diameter, measured from the outside of the circle. It shall bear upon the space between the two (2) circles the words "City of Harrison, Kootenai County, Idaho", and upon the space within the inner circle the words, "Corporate Seal".
