All provisions of this current code or ordinances of the city of Harrison which conflict with the provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict, except that if a conflict occurs between this chapter and provisions of the international building code or international residential code adopted by the city, this chapter shall take precedence.
