A. Stream Protection Zones: During and after construction operations, streambeds and streamside vegetation shall be protected to leave them in the most natural condition possible to maintain water quality and aquatic habitat. Protection zone dimensions and restrictions are outlined in the city of Harrison "Plan Criteria Manual" adopted by resolution of the city council.
B. Waterfront Lots: Buffer zone requirements are outlined in the city of Harrison "Plan Criteria Manual" adopted by resolution of the city council.
C. Source Water Protection Plan: Development within the area overlying the aquifer from which the city wells draw their water shall be in conformance with the city's wellhead protection plan which prohibits potential contamination of the public drinking water. (Ord. 409, 7-11-2006)
