A. Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, or who, having obtained a permit hereunder, shall wilfully fail to comply with the conditions herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in the general penalty in section 1-3-1 of this code. Each successive day that a violation continues constitutes a new violation.
B. In addition to criminal sanctions, the city may pursue any civil remedies that may be available to seek compliance.
C. An investigation fee equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the actual permit fee will be assessed by persons who violate this chapter. This fee will also apply to manufactured home setting permits. (Ord. 427, 6-2-2009)
