Any affected persons may appeal an interpretation of the building official to the city council, such appeal shall be in writing and submitted to the city clerk within ten (10) days after the building official's actions. The appeal will be scheduled before the city council at the next available city council meeting. (Ord. 427, 6-2-2009)
