The fee schedule for building permits shall be as required by table 1-A of the 1997 uniform building code. Building valuation obtained from the "Building Valuation Data" published by the International Conference Of Building Officials (ICBO) Building Standards Magazine each year shall be used to determine valuation of construction. Such valuation shall become effective on January 1 of the calendar year following the ICBO publication. Discontinuance of said publication will result in the use of the last valuation data and computations of local and national construction statistics to determine fair market value of fees to be charged.
