The following terms, conditions, and provisions shall be incorporated into the codes identified in this section and shall be enforced as part of said codes:
A. Amendments To The International Building Code:
1. The minimum roof design load shall be fifty (50) pounds per square foot for roofs with a 3:12 pitch ratio or higher and shall be sixty (60) pounds per square foot for roofs with a pitch ratio lower than 3:12.
2. The minimum depth for frost protection purposes from ground surface to the bottom of a footing shall be twenty four inches (24"). (Ord. 453, 2-4-2014; amd. Ord. 2023-488, 10-26-2023)
