The mayor and city council, by and through the department of public works, will administer the provisions of this chapter. Any deviation, modification or change from approved standards must be approved in advance by the mayor and city council. Penalties for violations of this chapter shall be as set forth in section 7-6-13 of this chapter. (Ord. 452, 1-7-2014)
