7-4-1: DEFINITIONS:
IMPROVED PROPERTY: Includes real estate which:
   A. Has city water service; or
   B. Is paved; or
   C. Is landscaped; or
   D. Has erected thereon any construction for which a building permit would be required.
PUBLIC LIGHTING: Refers to all lighting of exterior public areas, which may include lighting of public streets, sidewalks, walkways, bike paths, adjacent private property and other areas not specifically included herein, which is paid for and/or maintained by the city for the benefit of the general public.
RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY: Includes property having occupancy or living accommodations on a permanent or semipermanent basis. (Ord. 359, 10-20-1999)
