7-3-10: EXTENSION OF PUBLIC FACILITIES:
Any person seeking to connect property to city utilities shall pay all costs of extending lines to his property according to title 6, chapter 4 of this code unless otherwise agreed by the city council. (Ord. 378, 8-6-2002)
