7-3-9: REVIEW OF FEES:
The fees contained in sections 7-3-6 and 7-3-7 of this chapter should be reviewed by the city council at least once each fiscal year. After careful review, amended fees may be adopted by a duly adopted resolution. (Ord. 378, 8-6-2002)
