7-1-13: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

Each and every person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in the general penalty in section 1-3-1 of this code. (1983 Code § 14.40.110)
