7-1-10: SUPPLY TO FIRE EQUIPMENT:
Water will be furnished to pipes or hoses, to be used for fire purposes only, free of charge on the condition that the fire pipes, hoses or branches be disconnected from all other water supplies furnished by the city and that all pipes, hoses or branches so used be sealed to be broken open only in case of fire. (1983 Code § 14.10.010)
