A. Motor Vehicles: Fast driving and driving off the road or avenues in and around the cemetery are strictly prohibited. (1983 Code § 2.24.140)
B. Animals: No animals will be permitted to enter the cemetery grounds. (1983 Code § 2.24.150; amd. 2004 Code)
C. Disturbing The Peace: Boisterous and profane language, and any conduct tending to disturb the quiet and good order of the place, are forbidden. (1983 Code § 2.24.160)
D. Picking Flowers; Defacing Property: Visitors and all other persons who shall enter the grounds are forbidden to pick any flowers or plants, to break or injure any tree or shrub, or to write upon or deface any wall, monument or gravestone. (1983 Code § 2.24.170)
E. Loaded Vehicles: Loaded vehicles, unless loaded with material for work in the cemetery, will not be permitted to enter the grounds. (1983 Code § 2.24.180)
F. Persons Removed From Cemetery: Any person violating any of the rules or regulations established for the cemetery, or committing any offense, shall be removed therefrom. (1983 Code § 2.24.190; amd. 2004 Code)
