6-4-8: VIOLATIONS; PENALTY:
The city may enforce these regulations through civil action and/or prosecution. Violations of any provision of this chapter shall be misdemeanor punished as provided in the general penalty in section 1-3-1 of this code. Each day of violation after notice shall constitute a separate violation. (Ord. 362, 3-7-2000; amd. 2004 Code)
