(A) TRUCK LOT. A truck lot is an area which:
(1) fronts on, abuts, or is located adjacent to a truck route specified in § 76.04;
(2) is used for the parking, temporary storage, or holding of a motor vehicle or trailer which is 18 feet or more in length, seven feet or more in width, nine feet or more in height, or has a gross vehicle weight of 10,000 pounds or more;
(3) is surfaced and maintained with an all-weather surface such as asphalt, concrete or similar permanent hard surface material sufficient to prevent mud, dust, loose material, and other nuisances;
(4) connects all required spaces and berths by an all-weather hard surfaced driveway to a public street or alley;
(5) complies with all applicable regulations set forth in Chapter 155 for off-street parking and loading; and
(6) is certified as a truck lot in writing by the Director of Planning and Development.
