§ 503. Tow Away Zones Designated.
The following designated streets and/or parking lots are hereby established as tow away zones. Signs shall be posted to place the public on notice that their vehicles may be towed for violation of the Township parking regulations:
   A.   Streets. [Ord. 435]

      B.   Parking Lot. All fire lanes as established pursuant to Chapter 7, Part 2, § 202, of the Statutory Code.
      C.   Temporary Tow Away Zones. The Township Manager may designate temporary tow away zones when, in the Manager's determination, removal of vehicles from Township streets is reasonably necessary for (i) road maintenance or repair, (ii) installation or repair of underground utilities or (iii) street sweeping services. The Manager shall designate in writing the area of such temporary tow away zone and the period the restriction shall remain in effect and file the same with the Township Clerk. The designated area shall be posted with notice of the period of restriction at least forty-eight (48) hours before the commencement of the restrictive period. [Ord. 435]
