All Township officials, officers and employees are subject to the provisions of Act 1978- 170 as applicable. If the Township Council shall determine that no conflict exists concerning a given subject based on the disclosure on file, an official, officer or employee may freely participate in all activity concerning such subject (see Charter, § 6.03 - Conflicts of Interest).
