In addition to the duties as set forth in the Charter (See § 5.04) the Township Engineer shall:
A. Advise Township. Advise the Council, or its Committees, or any Township Officer when authorized by the Manager, upon all engineering questions arising in the conduct of Township business.
B. Prepare or Review Ordinances. Prepare or review ordinances when so requested by the Council or any Committee thereof.
3. Attend Meetings. Attend meetings as designated by Council.
D. Prepare and Review Contracts. When requested, prepare and review contracts and instruments to which the Township is a party.
E. Report Outcome of Engineering Matters. Immediately report the outcome of any engineering matters in which the Township has an interest to the Township Manager and Council.
F. Maintain Complete Records. Maintain a complete record of all Township Engineering matters.
G. Preparing Successor in Office. Deliver all records, documents and property of every description in his possession, belonging to the Township, to his successor in office, who shall give him duplicate receipts therefor, one of which he shall file with the Township Manager.
