§ 111.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.

   No person shall ply the vocation of auctioneer on the public streets, or in any building in the city, or operate and conduct any circus, amusement or show or perform or vend any goods, wares or merchandise on any of the public streets or upon any vacant lot or ground within the corporate limits of the city, without first obtaining a license as hereinafter provided.
