§ 118.42 PURCHASES FROM MINORS.
   (A)   No purchase shall be made by a secondhand dealer from any individual who is under 18 years of age.
   (B)   To ensure compliance with this section, a photo identification shall be required and the type of identification shall be entered into the record of the transaction.
