§ 118.41 ITEMS TO BE KEPT 10 DAYS BEFORE RESALE.

No dealer in secondhand articles or keeper of a junk store or shop shall expose for sale, sell or dispose of any article or articles within 10 days of the time of purchasing the article or articles, nor until the article or articles have been in or upon the premises wherein the article or articles are offered, exposed or sold at least 10 days.
