§ 118.37 SECONDHAND DEALER NOT TO ACT AS PAWNBROKER OR JUNK SHOP.

(A) It shall be unlawful for an operator of a secondhand shop to receive any item by way of pledge or pawn, and it shall be unlawful to loan or advance any sum of money on the security of an item.

(B) No licensed secondhand dealer shall hold a license as a pawnbroker of junk shop/store dealer while licensed as a secondhand dealer.
