No person having a pawnbroker’s license under this subchapter shall receive on deposit or pledge any personal property or other valuable before the hour of 6:00 a.m. or after the hour of 8:00 p.m. during the months of January, February, March, April, October, November and December of each year; nor before the hour of 5:00 a.m. or after the hour of 9:00 p.m. during the months of May, June, July, August and September of each year.
