(A) No junk yard shall be permitted to burn more than 2 cars at 1 time, and then the burning shall be permitted only between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Before burning, all rubber mats and tires shall be removed from the cars.
(B) No burning of insulation from wire for the purpose of salvaging the metal and no burning of rubber or similar material which will cause a smoke nuisance is permitted within the city, unless it is done in an incinerator approved by the Building Commissioner of the city.
