For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
INSULATION. The covering of any wire or metal or the lining of any automobile interior, the burning of which would cause considerable smoke when burned in the open.
JUNK YARD. Any yard or lot wherein is stored old iron, brass, copper, tin, lead or other materials, wrecked cars or any used cars not being offered for sale, old rope, bags, rags, waste paper, cloth, rubber, glass and all articles and things discarded which are not being used as part of a manufacturing process at that location.
