(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to permit, suffer or allow the storage, on private property within the city, of firewood and lumber, unless the same be:
(1) Neatly stacked;
(2) Either 12 inches to 18 inches above ground level; or
(3) At ground level, if stacked on an impervious apron of concrete or asphalt.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to permit, suffer or allow the storage, on private property within the city, of tree boles or large tree stumps, which are not, or cannot be, split and cut.
