§ 94.062 INSPECTION OF WASTE PICKUP POINTS.

The city through its Board of Public Works and Safety or its designee shall inspect each waste pickup point that has a waste storage device permitted by this chapter at least once per year to determine compliance with this chapter. The Board may conduct additional inspections, as necessary, to determine compliance with this chapter.
