(A) All garbage placed in containers must be wrapped in paper and the area surrounding the container must be kept in a clean and sanitary condition. Improper or unsanitary condition of the garbage container and area shall be reported to the owner of the container by the properly authorized inspector of the city. Containers found to be in violation of this chapter must be replaced within a period of 10 days under penalty provided in § 94.999.
(B) No concrete or construction debris of any type or yard waste of any type shall be placed in any 90 or 65 gallon container.
