§ 90.129 CONTINUING VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   Each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense, and an unlawful emission from each chimney, smokestack, open fire or other point of discharge shall also constitute a separate offense, punishable as provided in § 10.99. A separate and distinct offense shall be regarded as committed each day on which a person shall continue or permit any violation to exist after notification thereof by the Chief of the Air Pollution Control Department.
   (B)   Any abatement provided for in §§ 90.005, 90.006, 90.020 through 90.027, 90.120 through 90.122 or 93.005 shall be in addition to any penalties prescribed in this section.
