§ 90.027 STACK EMISSION TEST STANDARDS.

Stack emission tests shall be undertaken by generally recognized standards or methods of measurements. The latest copy of the “A.S.M.E. Test Code for Dust Separating Apparatus,” the “A.S.M.E. Test Code for Determining Dust Concentrations in Gas Streams” and the “Los Angeles County Source Testing Manual” or any other mutually agreeable testing procedure shall be used.
