The school trustees of the city are hereby given the power to post traffic flow and parking signs authorizing parking upon the school property of the city and no person shall stop, stand or park a motor vehicle except in compliance with the signs. The violation of the parking signs shall subject the violator to the impoundment provisions of § 72.012 of this code.
