§ 71.25 APPLICABILITY OF STATE SPEED LIMITS.
   The state speed limits, as set forth in the state statutes, shall be applicable on all streets within the city except as this chapter, as authorized by state law, hereby declares and determines on the basis of engineering and traffic investigation that certain speed regulations shall be applicable on specified streets. It shall be prima-facie unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle in excess of any speed so declared in this subchapter when signs are in place giving notice thereof.
