(B) The owner of the “drop box” shall place a laminated copy of written permission of the property owner on the exterior of each “drop box,” which shall include the name and contact information of the property owner as well as the name and contact information of the “drop box” owner. “Drop boxes” are not permitted in residential areas.
(C) Property owners hosting the “drop box” are responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and removing excess items and litter surrounding the “drop box,” and failure to do so constitutes a violation of this chapter, with the penalty set forth in § 94.999.
