§ 37.051 DISCRIMINATION BY EMPLOYMENT AGENCY.
   It is an unlawful discriminatory practice for an employment agency to fail or refuse to classify or refer for employment or otherwise to discriminate against any person or to conduct business under a name which expresses or connotes any limitation, preference or basis of discrimination.
