§ 151.50 WORK DONE BY PROPERTY OWNER ON OWN PROPERTY.
   (A)   Upon showing the Chief Electrical Inspector or his or her assistant sketches of the electrical work he or she contemplates doing on his or her own property, any owner of property within the city shall be issued a permit for that work upon payment to the City Controller of the fee required and set out in § 151.51.
   (B)   Firms, partnerships and corporations shall be permitted to do their own electrical work without a license on their own premises. However, the work must be done under the supervision and inspection of a professional engineer registered in the state, and the other conditions noted in division (A) above must be fully met.
