(A) For buildings located on corner lots, the restrictions for fences in the yard facing the side street shall be the same as in § 150.127(B) except a triangular space at the intersection of the alley and the public sidewalk, determined by a diagonal line connecting 2 points measured 10 feet from the corner along each property line, shall be kept clear for vision.
(B) On corner lots no fence, retaining wall, shrub, tree or thing shall be erected or maintained which obstructs the traffic vision.
