§ 150.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in any sum not exceeding $2,500.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of § 150.003 shall be fined in any sum not less than $300 nor more than $2,500. Each day of such unlawful activity as is prohibited by § 150.003(R) shall constitute a separate offense.
   (C)   Violations of §§ 150.161 through 150.164 shall be subject to a maximum fine of $2,500 and each day shall constitute a separate offense.
