In residential and business districts, or in any district, fences enclosing plats used for dwelling purposes shall conform to the following requirements.
(A) Fences erected in front of the building line shall be of Class A, B or E, and shall not exceed a height of four feet.
(B) Side yard fences back of the front building line shall be of any class but shall not exceed 4 feet to the rear of the dwelling. Fences on the side yard from the rear of the dwelling to the rear lot line, and fences on the rear lot line may be permitted to a height of 6 feet.
