§ 150.056 OWNER IN VIOLATION TO FILE REPORT; FAILURE TO FILE.
   (A)   The report referred to in § 150.055(B) must be filed within 40 days from the receipt of the notice of violations by the Code Enforcement Services Office. The report must indicate that the owner has repaired his or her property and complied with the specifications outlined by the building, housing and fire codes, or has contracted for the immediate repair of the violations reported in § 150.055(A).
   (B)   If the owner has indicated that he or she has contracted for the repair of the violations reported in § 150.35(A), then he or she must, at the filing of the report referred to in division (A) above, produce and place on file a copy of the contract or agreement.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful to fail to file a report as required by § 150.35, or to deliberately falsify the report.
   (D)   Within 60 days of the failure to file a report as required by § 150.055, the City Attorney shall file suit, charging the offending party with a violation.
