§ 150.055 VIOLATIONS; NOTICE TO OWNER.
   (A)   After an inspection by a duly authorized City Inspector has been made, where the Inspector has determined that a building violates at least 3 provisions of the building, fire or housing codes, he or she shall register the violations with the Code Enforcement Services Department.
   (B)   The Code Enforcement Commissioner shall, upon receipt of an inspection report as provided in division (A) above, send within 3 days to the owner of the cited property a notice informing him or her that he or she must file a report, either in person or by mail, with the Code Enforcement Services Office.
