§ 35.02 PAUPER ATTORNEY.
   The position of pauper attorney for the City Court staff is hereby created. The salary for this position shall be in the amount established by ordinance from time to time. The hours, duties and term of this position shall be fixed in accordance with the discretion of the City Judge.
